The Enrollment Process
Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple. Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet our professional staff and learn more about what we have to offer. This time spent, gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. After this on-site visit, the registration process may begin. Below is a list of various forms to read and complete. Once they are read, each section is filled out and signed, and the registration deposit has been paid, your child's space will be reserved. The final step is to decide on a start date.

Please download the fillable forms, save, and email us with "KOUNTRY KIDZ ENROLLMENT" as the subject line.
When completing each form please make sure that each box is filled out and not left empty. If something does NOT apply to your situation please write N/A for the forms to be considered complete. All 5 forms must be filled out for enrollment to be complete.
Once we receive your forms, we will review them to make sure they are complete and respond to your email with further instructions.
